Welcome to PrepFit Meals. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and purchase of meal products. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

A. Business Information

PrepFit Meals (“PrepFit”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a meal preparation and delivery service operating in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. All meals are prepared in a licensed commercial kitchen in accordance with applicable health and safety regulations.

PrepFit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its services at any time without prior notice.

B. Use of Service

By using our website and services, you confirm that:
      You are at least 18 years of age
       You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
       All information provided is accurate and complete
       
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion. You agree not to misuse our services, including but not limited to fraudulent orders, unauthorized payment use, or interference with website functionality.

C. Orders and Subscription Model

PrepFit Meals operates on a weekly pre-order and subscription-based system, designed to optimize production and reduce food waste:
       Orders must be placed before the published weekly cutoff time
       Subscription plans renew automatically on a recurring basis
       Customers may pause or cancel subscriptions prior to the cutoff deadline
 
Failure to cancel before the cutoff will result in the order being processed and charged.

D. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Prices are subject to applicable taxes under the laws of British Columbia.
Full payment is required at checkoutWe accept:
       Credit and debit cards
       Apple Pay / Google Pay

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.

PrepFit reserves the right to:
       Modify pricing at any time
       Correct pricing errors
       Refuse or cancel orders resulting from incorrect pricing

E. Order Changes and Cancellations

Due to the nature of meal preparation:
       Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after the weekly cutoff time
       
Requests made after the cutoff will not be accommodated

This is non-negotiable — it’s operationally necessary for food production. Customers are responsible for reviewing their orders prior to submission.

F. Delivery and Pickup

Customers agree to:
       Provide accurate delivery or pickup information.
       Be available at the designated time.

PrepFit Meals is not responsible for:
       Missed deliveries due to incorrect information
       Unattended deliveries
       Spoilage resulting from delayed retrieval
       Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery or pickup.

G. Food Safety and Storage

You are responsible for proper handling of all food products.
Meals must be refrigerated immediately upon receipt.
Meals should be consumed within 3–7days.

PrepFit Meals is not liable for:
       Improper storage
       Consumption beyond recommended timeframes

H. Allergies and Dietary Disclaimer

PrepFit Meals prepares food in a commercial kitchen where common allergens may be present, including but not limited to:
Nuts
Dairy
Gluten
Soy
Eggs

While we implement reasonable food safety practices, we cannot guarantee that standard menu items are free from allergens due to the possibility of cross-contact during preparation.

Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions are encouraged to notify us in advance and apply for our Allergen Protocol Service, which—subject to availability—may include:
       Modified meal preparation procedures
       Use of designated equipment and preparation areas
       Additional handling controls to reduce cross-contact risk

Please note:
       Participation in the Allergen Protocol Service must be confirmed by PrepFit prior to order fulfillment
       Even with enhanced precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment
       Customers with severe allergies should exercise their own judgment when consuming prepared foods

By purchasing from PrepFit, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

I.  Refunds, Credits, and Complaints

All sales are final.
Customers must report any issues within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. At our sole discretion, PrepFit may offer:
       Store credit
       Replacement meals

Refunds will not be issued for:
       Late complaints
       Personal taste preferences
       Customer ordering errors

J. Product Availability and Substitutions

PrepFit reserves the right to:
       Modify menus on a weekly basis
       Substitute ingredients or menu items based on availability

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain consistency but do not guarantee identical products.

K. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PrepFit Meals shall not be liable for:
       Allergic reactions or dietary sensitivities
       Illness or injury arising from food consumption
       Damages resulting from improper handling or storageIndirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your use of our products and services is at your own risk.

L. Intellectual Property

All content on the PrepFit website, including text, branding, logos, and images, is the property of PrepFit Meals and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.

M. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

N. Amendments

PrepFit reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
