PrepFit began with a simple dream — to become a travelling chef and explore the world through food.
Working in professional kitchens, I realized how many athletes and busy professionals struggle to stay consistent with nutrition. Meals were either repetitive, unhealthy, or lacked the excitement that makes food something to look forward to.
I’ve always been inspired by global cultures and the idea that every country tells its story through its cuisine. That passion became the foundation of PrepFit. I wanted to create meals that not only fuel performance but also bring variety and inspiration — dishes influenced by flavors from around the world, reimagined in a healthy, high-protein way.
PrepFit is my way of combining discipline from the kitchen, passion for travel, and commitment to helping people stay consistent with their goals — one meal at a time.

The Founder / Head of Operations
The founder of PrepFit brings over seven years of hands-on kitchen experience and a strong background in high-volume food production and team leadership. His culinary journey began in high school, where he volunteered in the school cafeteria preparing and serving meals to 300–500 students daily, building early skills in efficiency, teamwork, and large-scale operations.
He currently works at Joey Restaurant as a Chef de Partie and Sushi Master, where he leads station operations, ensures quality control, and supports service during peak-volume periods. This role has strengthened his ability to maintain consistency under pressure while managing kitchen workflows and team coordination.
He was selected to join the Red Seal Apprenticeship Program in partnership with Vancouver Community College (VCC) and is currently a Level 1 Apprentice with over 3,000 documented trade hours toward certification. His commitment to the culinary profession was also recognized with an award from the Ministry of Education and Child Care through the Vancouver School Board’s Youth Work in Trades Apprenticeship Program.
This combination of practical kitchen leadership, formal training, and large-scale production experience provides PrepFit with the operational discipline and food safety awareness required to run a reliable and scalable meal preparation business.
